Dr Bridget has over 40 years of experience changing people’s mindset as a GP. As an NLP Master Coach and Master Trainer she can help you unlock your mind and start a transformation.

Justin Chaloner Videographer

Justin is an experienced videographer and tutor, producing content for a range of clients in the UK and abroad.

What will be course entail?

The day will begin with the tutors spending time getting to know your individual needs regarding confidence and using social media. Then it will be a case of Dr Bridget helping you to learn techniques to overcome your anxieties so that you will be more comfortable on camera. In the afternoon, Justin will spend some time with you exploring the basics of filming techniques and various pieces of equipment and accessories that you might need in order to ensure you present yourselves in the best way possible. We will then spend some time exploring the current social media landscape – a beginners level whistle-stop tour aimed at those who are new or unfamiliar to using the various platforms available. Finally, there will be time to practice in a safe space, to share with other on the course and hone your technique before heading home!
